Domina — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Domina mobile game (the “App”) handles information when you use it. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

• Anonymous account identifier. On first launch the App creates an anonymous Firebase Authentication account. This is a random identifier and is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any real-world identity.
• Display name (username). A display name you choose yourself. You are not required to use your real name. This name is visible to other players in matches and on the leaderboard.
• Gameplay data. Match results, scores, and statistics that are uploaded to our servers so that multiplayer matches and the global leaderboard can function.

2. How We Use Information

• To run multiplayer matches and display the global leaderboard.
• To keep your progress and settings consistent across sessions.
• To protect the App from abuse, cheating, and fraud.

3. Leaderboard & Public Data

Your chosen display name and your match scores may be uploaded to a global leaderboard that is visible to other players of the App. If you do not want your score visible publicly, do not play ranked matches. You may request deletion of your leaderboard entry at any time using the contact address below.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore) — see Firebase Privacy.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) — used to host static game assets (avatars, emotes, music).
• Apple Game Center / App Store — subject to Apple’s own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Gameplay records and leaderboard entries are retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (TLS in transit, access controls at rest) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted inside the App.
